THE EFFECT OF COMPETENCY, COMMITMENT ANDCOMPENSATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE

چکیده
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect competence, commitment and compensation system simultaneously partially on performance teachers at YayasanPendidikanMutiaraBaru, Bekasi City. This involved 76 respondents who had been determined using census sampling. analysis technique used in is multiple linear regressions. results show that competency, have a significant impact teacher performance. coefficient with an adjusted R square 0.570 explains 57.0% influenced by 43.0% other variabels not investigated study.
